Lightroom 5 released

After a period of public beta testing, Adobe has released Lightroom 5.

The most notable new features are:

• Advanced Healing Brush – much improved over the previous version
• Upright – Automatically straightens your photos
• Radial Gradient – Create multiple off-center vignette effects
• Smart Previews – Allows working on a reduced size version of your library, ideal for working in the field
• Video slide shows – Show off your work as a video slide show
• Improved photo book creation – Even better than before photo books

 Lightroom is available as upgrade from $79.00/€72.57, full versions for $149.00/€129.15
